The next option is whether or not you choose to display wallpaper. If you decide to display wallpaper, click the Wallpaper radio button, and then click the Load button to select your image (.bmp,.ico,.emf,.wmf,.png,.afi,.vst,.tga) file. You can also clear the loaded Wallpaper by using the Clear Wallpaper button.
If the image that you select is smaller than the area that it must fill, the Application Designer will tile the image to fill the area allotted to it.
Should you decide not to use the wallpaper option, you would simply click the No Wallpaper radio button, and select a Background color from the drop-down menu.
