| Single click the column in the list titled Column Name, and determine the sorting order for indexing by selecting either the Ascending or Descending option. Finally, click the ADD button.

| NOTE: If you double-click the column in the Column Name list, it will be added to the selections automatically with the default sorting order of Ascending.

| If you are creating a multi-column Index, you can reorder the columns by selecting the column you wish to move and use the Move Up and Move Down botton accordingly.

| You can also remove a selected column from the list by highlighting it and pressing the Remove button.
