The GetFileExt.rbl Plugin is used to capture the file extension of a particular file. It does not appear in the R:BASE 7.6 for Windows Menu. This Plugin is provided through the R:BASE Advanced Training and is currently available in the R:BASE Plugin Power Pack.
Syntax:
PLUGIN GetFileExt.rbl vFileExt|FileName.ext
Where:
vFileExt is the variable to return the text value of a given file extension
FileName.ext is the actual name and extension of file, preceding with the full path.
Returned variable name and the exact file name with path must be separated by a "|" pipe symbol.
