Creating a new query is very simple in R:BASE Turbo V-8. Once you have connected to your database, from the Database Explorer, simply click the Views button on the Outlook Toolbar to the left (figure 1), and press the New button (figure 2).

You will then be presented with a dialog (figure 3) asking if you want to use the Query Wizard or not. Select No to go directly into the Query Designer, or Yes to use the Query Wizard.
