To subscribe to the R:BASE-L newsgroup simply send a 
message to rbase-l@rbase.com with a Subject of 
"SUBSCRIBE". That is all uppercase with no quotes. 
Note: the final character is an L and not a one. 

Shortly after you should receive a confirmation email. Just respond to that email and once your message has been 
processed you will receive instructions on how to send 
messages to the list. 

We ask that if you do subscribe to the R:List that you 
disable any AutoResponder you have active. The reason 
is simple. If you received a message from the list your 
autoresponder would then autorespond back to the list. 
You would then receive your autoresponse and 
autorespond to THAT message thus setting up an infinite 
loop. This is considered very poor Netiquette (Etiquette 
of the Net). We appreciate your cooperation.
